BIOTECH INDUSTRIAL TRAINING PROGRAMME (BITP) 2010-11 apllication form

On behalf of Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL) is implementing since last 15 years, a scheme of practical industrial training for M.Sc./M.Tech./B.E./B.Tech. Biotechnology students. The objective of this programme is to provide industry-specific training to Biotech students for skill development and enhancing their job opportunities in biotech industry.


This programme provides an opportunity to Biotech Industry for training and selecting suitable manpower. The training period is for six months during which a trainee is paid stipend of Rs.8000/- (Revised from this year) per month and trainer company is paid a bench fee to cover the expenses for providing training. The next batch of training will commence in October-November 2010.


previously the stipend paid was Rs.6000/- p.m.

BITP 2009-10 List Of Shortlisted Candidates

BCIL, Biotech consortium of India Limited has released the list of short listed candidates for the year 2009-2010. The selected candidates will be intimated the date and time of interview in coming 2-3 weeks time through mail or email.
Some times Bcil will not publish certain candidates name in the list of there are shortage of relevant information on the recommendation letter, but still communicate you to furnish the detailed information in given time and asks you to attend interview....
